The fact that changes how you plan this: Apple’s keyword field is 100 bytes, not 100 characters. In Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi or Thai a character costs three bytes, so the field holds about a third of what an English one does — while Google Play counts a full-width character as one character. Pick the keywords before you pay for the translation.
