The rules we both agree to

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Edok Studio (“Edok Studio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Edok Studio is a design studio for app-store assets. It lets you design App Store & Google Play screenshots with device frames and templates, and provides AI-assisted metadata & translations and hosted legal pages. Specific features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Pro Plus). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

To use the service you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the legal minimum in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate, current information when registering.
• Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or pose a risk to other users.

Edok Studio offers a Free plan plus paid Pro and Pro Plus plans. Paid plans are one-time purchases — you pay once and keep the plan for the lifetime of the service. There is no recurring billing, no renewal, and nothing to cancel.

• Payment processor — payments are handled by Paddle. Its terms apply to the payment transaction.
• Taxes — Paddle acts as Merchant of Record where applicable and collects VAT, GST and sales tax on our behalf in supported jurisdictions.
• Pricing changes — we may change prices for future purchases at any time. A plan you have already purchased is unaffected by later price changes.
• Failed payments — if a payment fails, no charge is made and your plan simply isn’t activated. You can retry at any time.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to access another customer’s account or workspace, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or non-public data from the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the service as a hosted offering to third parties without our written permission.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or send unsolicited communications to anyone.
• Bypass plan limits, abuse free-tier resources, or use multiple accounts to evade quotas.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in any of the above without prior notice where the conduct is egregious or risks harm to other users.

Edok Studio, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service in line with these Terms.

Content you input into your workspace remains yours. By using the service you grant us a licence to host, store, and process that content as needed to provide the service.

Screenshots, designs, and metadata you create in Edok Studio are yours, including the files you export. You are responsible for the content you upload — make sure you hold the rights to any images, fonts, or trademarks you include in your designs, and that your exported assets comply with the App Store and Google Play listing guidelines.

The service integrates with third-party platforms (payment processors, AI providers, cloud storage, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

Paid plans are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel. You may delete your account at any time; upon deletion we will delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements and a brief backup-retention window. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining plan benefits.

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated metadata and translations are decision-support tools, not professional advice — review them before publishing to a store listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edok Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edok Studio, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when posted. For material changes, we’ll provide at least 30 days’ advance notice by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
